All information contained on the product page, including prices, does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 2(1)(a) of the basic Regulation. 66 of the Civil Code but an invitation to conclude an agreement with Article 71 of the Civil Code. The prices of articles on the site – despite the best efforts – may sometimes differ from the actual prices.

1) ORDERS

a) Orders for goods are accepted only electronically (via the on-line store).

b) To place an order, it is necessary to register the user by completing the form on the store’s website, providing all true data.

c) Please provide a valid phone number if you need to contact them quickly in an emergency.

d) To place an order you must be over 18 years of age or have parental consent.

e) Shipments are carried out in our country and in most European countries. (see table of fees)

f) Before ordering, please log in first.

g) You have the right to return the goods within 10 days of purchase without giving a reason. Warning! The goods will be accepted provided that they have no signs of use (this also applies to the company’s product packaging).

h) You have the right to exchange the size of a given product within 14 days of purchase. Warning! The goods will be accepted provided that they have no signs of use (this also applies to the company’s product packaging).

i) Orders in which the customer’s details are incorrect or incomplete will be canceled.

j) Purchase of a tourist service (camp, trip, half-camp) is only a request for seat reservation. It does not constitute any confirmation of the reservation.

2) COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME

a) All our shipments are sent by UPS, DPD courier companies and Poczta Polska. The shipping cost is PLN 20.

b) The cost of delivery abroad is calculated according to the table of fees which depends on the country of destination and the weight of the package.

c) Shipments sent by us are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

d) The minimum order value is PLN 10.

e) All prices include VAT.

f) The Store reserves the right to change the prices of goods on offer, introduce new goods to the online store offer, carry out and cancel promotional campaigns on the store’s websites or make changes to them.

g) If the value of your order is at least PLN 600, we cover the shipping costs (applies only to shipments within the country, with payment to the account before sending the package).

h) After placing the order, the customer receives a return e-mail with information about the acceptance of the order and further information about the shipment.

i) Unconfirmed orders will not be processed.

j) In the case of goods with the Available status, they are usually delivered within 2-3 days of order, at the latest within 14 days. In the case of goods with the status On request, the order is processed after checking their availability with the manufacturer.

3) COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

a) If the parcel has signs of damage or attempts to open, a damage report should be made in the presence of the courier without accepting the goods.

b) If the goods sent do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receiving the product. Returned merchandise must be unused, clean and complete. This also applies to company packaging.

c) Defective or factory-damaged goods are exchanged for new ones, subject to reporting damage within 5 business days of receipt of the shipment. The cost of sending a new product to you is covered by the store.

d) The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt.

d) In the event of an unjustified complaint or damage to the goods caused by the user, all costs shall be borne by the customer.

e) When exchanging goods for another model or size, any price differences will be taken into account. The costs of exchanging goods are covered by the customer.

f) When resigning from the goods, we return the money by bank transfer to the provided account. Money is refunded only for the goods, not for delivery costs. Store staff does not accept parcels sent COD.

g) If you wish to return or exchange a product, please inform us in advance: The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

h) Please attach the original receipt to the goods sent to us. Goods should be sent to the return address provided on the package.

(j) Masks shall not be returned or exchanged because they are hygienic goods which, in accordance with Article 10(1) of Directive 91/414/EEC, are not subject to the following conditions: 38 pkt. Article 5 of the Consumer Rights Act is non-refundable.

4) SECURITY / PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

a) By placing orders, the Customer agrees to the processing of the personal data provided by him for the purpose of fulfilling and handling the order by the Seller, who is also the administrator of personal data within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data.

b) Personal data contained in the Seller’s database is not transferred to entities not involved in the performance of the sales contract.

c) The Customer has the right to access his/her personal data, correct them and delete them in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The Seller shall provide each Customer with the right to control the processing of data in accordance with Art. 32 of the Personal Data Protection Act.

d) Providing personal data is voluntary, however, the lack of consent to the processing of personal data prevents the fulfillment of the Customer’s order.

Personal data in the Online Store are processed by the Administrator in accordance with the applicable regulations
in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27
April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the
free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)

5) PAYMENTS

a) Customers making purchases at DIVINDUCK.COM agree to issue a sales document without signature.

b) A receipt is issued as standard, which is proof of purchase. We also issue VAT invoices at the client’s request. This should be reported when placing the order.

c) The customer is obliged at the time of delivery to check that the receipt is attached to the parcel.

d) The customer may choose the following payment methods:

g) In the event of a need for a refund for the transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller made a refund to the bank account assigned to the ordering party’s payment card.

h) The processing time of the order is calculated from the moment of obtaining a positive payment authorization.

6) CONSENT

a) Placing an order in the DIVIN’DUCK store the customer agrees to receive information via e-mail to the e-mail address and organizational information regarding the services.

7) HEALTH STATEMENT

a) I declare that my current health condition allows me to take part in sports activities organized by SUP AKCJE and other attractions in cooperation with DIVIN’DUCK and that I participate in them voluntarily and at my own responsibility.
